haha! yess!! i think my health level ready gone up! whoopiee!! cause when i ran 4 bout 30mins.. and i dint even lose my breath!! whoopie! my breathing steady man! yeaah! haha. crap la. must train regularly. so that i maintain. haha. damn dissapointed when last time my health level decrease.. haha. eh crap! just now training was benchwork only! haha. den kena release early! yaay!
